I think my equipment is not working properly. What shall I do?

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing trouble. In most cases we can help you on-line. In some cases it is necessary to send in your equipment for inspection and repair. The first thing you should do is to get in touch with us. We will provide you with instructions to resolve the problem or how to send your equipment to us.

I would like to test your software. How can I obtain it?

Our software is well known for its unmatched analysis capabilities. For testing purposes we grant you time limited access to all our software modules. We would kindly ask you to fill in the o inquire for software trials.

Where can I download the latest release of your software?
